How long have you been in business?
As Joints in Motion Medical, LLC since 2000, but in the orthopaedic rehab field for over 20 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Orthopaedic rehabilitation devices, durable medical equipment with delivery, pick up, patient education and followup services.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Patient care - our DME is not just shipped or dropped off. We do patient visits in the home or clinical setting. We also follow up with providers and patients to make sure the desired outcome is reached. We offer 24/7 on call coverage to patients who might have difficulties with their equipment or need assistance. We do insurance billing and assist patients with coverage and benefit questions.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our corporate office is in Pewaukee, WI, but we have reps that cover the entire state of WI, the Chicagoland area, and NW Indiana.

We have an owner, and a staff of 14 in the office running daily operations.

Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, with clinical representatives on call 24/7 for patient questions or problems.
