How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Jon Heil started in the computer field at about 5, and went from programming, creating websites, designing servers and computers. I had worked for a few other company places and was a network administrator. I took a bunch of Networking Classes and just decided to start my own company in 2002.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are stick of enough companies who treat people just as a number or like vultures and don't treat them how you would want yourself being treated. We do a lot of word of mouth business and finally people are saying enough to getting ripped off. We ask you to Compare our Services and looking for a chance to impress you and help you from the hassle of being burned in the past by other competitors.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently we have 1 location, but handle clients all over the United States and a few in other countries as well.

We usually will either come to your location, remote access, or you can always drop off at the shop. We are located in Big Bend, on Marianne Avenue, across from St. Joe's Church on Janesville Road in Big Bend. The address is S88W22755 Marianne Avenue.

We accept Cash or Check. We do have some companies that allow NET terms.

We work Monday - Friday from 8:00AM-5PM. We do work on systems remotely after hours and weekends as of appointments.
