Owner, Attorney Michelle B. Fitzgerald, was previously a high school math teacher and wanted to be able to advocate for families, individuals and small businesses within the law to educate clients on options and services offered.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We discuss all options, and make suggestions based upon listening to the goals and interests of the client. We can take on the entire case, or negotiate a portion, or coach the client along the way as they handle their own legal matter, if they choose.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our main office is in Brookfield, 611 N. Barker Road, Suite 209. We also have an office in Hartford and Kenosha and service those by appointment.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Our main office is one block north of the Bluemound/Barker Road intersection. Turn left on Watertown Road, off of Barker. Then turn left into our parking lot. We are in the First Weber building, and our sign is visibile on the upper west face of the building.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, check, and credit or debit cards.

Attorney Michelle B. Fitzgerald, Owner, and Diane Sleeva, Office Manager.
What are your hours of operation?
Generally 8:30am to 5:00pm, but will schedule other times by appointment.

One I had recently: "This attorney is fantastic! She took on my case with more results than any prior attorney previously thought possible." Or "my attorney really understood the facts of my case and advocated effectively and firmly for my interests."
