Interview Q&A
How long have you been in business?
15 years
What is your primary product or service?
Portable fueling systems
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I currently own American Weld Design, a metal fabricating company in Jefferson. We had been looking for an opportunity to bring our own product to the market. We spend quite a bit of time at our lake home boating, snowmobiling, fishing and 4-wheeling. It was difficult to get fuel for these items. We came up with a solution of being able to get large amounts of fuel to these remote areas.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have 1 location. We built this building 8 years ago and feel it would suit us for another 4-5 years.
